Leaders growing together
The Murdock Trust offers several coaching opportunities, including a two-year executive peer learning cohort that connects leaders from around the country.
The Murdock Trust hosts several peer cohorts so that leaders from across the country can create community around shared experiences. Being a top executive presents unique joys and challenges, yet many leaders don’t have a chance to regularly gather with those in similar positions.
The Trust currently hosts three cohorts:
- New Executive Directors
- Rising Leaders (Vice Presidents and Senior Directors)
- Generosity Leaders (philanthropy)
These two-year cohorts meet face-to-face twice annually. Virtual group calls may also be included. They are led by seasoned hosts, offering participants the chance to connect on topics that are top of mind. Space is created for honest reflection and coaching. Participants benefit by having others walk alongside them on their leadership journey.
