Welcoming Two New Faces to Our Team
Ashley Castino has joined the Trust as our new Cloud Applications Administrator. Ashley will administer our web-based platforms and provide subject matter expertise to evolve our applications to meet business needs. She brings a critical skillset for supporting and maintaining web-based applications, with eight years of professional IT experience and a degree in Digital Technology and Culture from Washington State University. We are thrilled to have Ashley join our team!
We are also pleased to welcome Jeremy Likes as our new Investment Associate. Jeremy will be responsible for reporting, modeling, providing analytical support for existing investments, and offering input into the development of investment recommendations. Jeremy joins us with seven years of experience in the investment world, a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon, and a master's in finance from the University of Portland. Celebrating Three Staff Promotions
Rudy Carrasco has been promoted to Vice President of Civic Engagement & Community Services. This promotion reflects Rudy’s leadership in one of our most robust areas of focus, overseeing significant grantmaking, programs, convenings, and initiatives.
Megan Smith has been promoted to Director of People & Culture. Megan has been supporting staff wellbeing and overseeing human resources activities for the Trust since 2017. Her new role as director of this department is a result of her increased leadership and strategic partnership with the team in supporting the growth of our staff capacity over the years.
Trinita (Trini) Saldana has been promoted to Executive Assistant to Grants & Programs. Trini has been providing vital support to our grantmaking and programming teams for a year and a half, and this promotion reflects her continued support and expanded responsibilities helping our teams operate efficiently.
