
We're excited to share that three members of our team have stepped into new roles. Their promotions reflect strong work and their deep, ongoing commitment to our nonprofit partners.
Elaine Charpentier Philippi has been promoted to Senior Director for Education & Leadership Development (ELD). Elaine brings more than a decade of experience in the education nonprofit sector, including seven years in executive leadership, and has been instrumental in advancing our education strategy. As Senior Director, Elaine leads strategy, grants, and programming for the Trust's ELD focus area, supporting nonprofits investing in education and leadership development. She also continues to manage the build of an impact framework for Trust grants across all five focus areas.
Camrynne Six has been promoted to Acting Manager of Grants Management. Camrynne has been a key member of the Grants Management Team and has demonstrated expertise across grantmaking, systems thinking, and problem-solving. In her new role, she joins the Area Leads team, supporting grantmaking operations and strategy at a broader level.
Jenna Watson has been promoted to Communications Officer. Jenna has been a cornerstone of our communications work over the last four and a half years, shaping our external communications, leading thought leadership efforts, and deepening media and vendor relationships. As Communications Officer, she manages the Communications department at the Trust.
