Session Location: Convention Center at the Hilton Vancouver (301 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660) #
Schedule (overview): #
Day 1 (June 10):
- Check-in begins at 9:15am (coffee, pastries, and fruit available–not a full breakfast)
- Programming begins at 10:00am
- Programming ends around 7:30pm
Day 2 (June 11):
- Programming begins at 8:00am
- Programming ends at 2:30pm

Lodging (overview): #
- At registration, lodging was offered as a selectable option for Sunday, June 9 (to those traveling to Vancouver from 2+ hours or 100+ miles away–unless an exception has been issued by the Murdock Trust) and for Monday, June 10 for all participants. Lodging reservations have been made only for those who selected this option at registration.
- Lodging for eligible nights for up to 4 participants per organization is covered by the program participation fee paid at registration. The Murdock Trust handles these lodging reservations in partnership with the hotel.
- If organizations require lodging for nights other than those they are eligible or for more than 4 participants from their organization, this information should be communicated to the Murdock Trust. These reservation may be able to be made with the hotel by the Murdock Trust but will be charged to the organization or individual.
- PLEASE NOTE: A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals.
Meals: #
The following meals are provided at the Hilton and covered by the Murdock Trust during the training:
- Day 1: Morning coffee/pastries (not a full breakfast), lunch, beer/wine reception, and dinner
- Day 2: Breakfast and lunch
Dietary restrictions noted at registration have been communicated to the Hilton and should be accounted for in menu offerings.
Parking/Travel #
- For those lodging at the Hilton:
- Discounted self-parking ($17/day) has been arranged for all program participants lodging at the hotel. See the front desk at check-in for access to the hotel’s sub-level parking garage.
- Please note: All parking expenses are covered by the individual or organization.
- For those not lodging at the Hilton:
- Hourly street parking is available near the hotel.
- A Park n’ Go lot is located one (diagonal) block from the hotel. This lot offers hourly, partial-day, evening, and all-day rates.
- Please note: All parking expenses are covered by the individual or organization.
- For those traveling by air:
- We recommend you take a ride-share service to the Hilton. At this time, there is no airport shuttle service to/from the Hilton Vancouver.
